Anrufliste (READ_CALL_LOG, WRITE_CALL_LOG): Erforderlich, um Ihre Anrufhistorie in der App anzuzeigen, verpasste Anrufe zu verwalten und Spam-Anrufe zu identifizieren.
Kontakte (READ_CONTACTS): Erforderlich, um bekannte Anrufer namentlich anzuzeigen und sicherzustellen, dass Ihre Kontakte niemals blockiert werden.
Telefonstatus & Anrufabwicklung (READ_PHONE_STATE, CALL_PHONE, ANSWER_PHONE_CALLS): Notwendig, um eingehende und ausgehende Anrufe auszuführen, Anrufe in Echtzeit zu erkennen und gemäß Ihren Regeln zu filtern.
Mikrofon (RECORD_AUDIO): Wird ausschließlich während eines aktiven Telefonats zur Sprachübertragung benötigt. Es finden keine Aufnahmen statt.

Um eingehende Anrufe filtern, das In-Call-Display anzeigen und Anrufe direkt entgegennehmen zu können, muss die App zusätzlich als Standard-Telefon-App (Default Dialer) auf Ihrem Gerät eingerichtet werden.

Rechtsgrundlage: Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO (Vertragserfüllung / Bereitstellung der App-Funktionen), hilfsweise Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a DSGVO.

4. Speicherort der Daten

Alle Einstellungen (Blockierregeln, Favoriten, Kurzwahl-Belegungen) werden sicher im privaten Speicherbereich der App auf Ihrem Gerät abgelegt. Wenn Sie die App deinstallieren, werden diese Daten automatisch gelöscht, sofern Sie nicht zuvor manuell ein Backup erstellt haben.

5. Backups und Datenexport

Die App bietet eine optionale Backup-Funktion an. Diese Backups werden im öffentlichen "Downloads"-Ordner Ihres Geräts gespeichert. Sie haben die volle Kontrolle über diese Dateien.

3. Required Permissions and Their Purpose

In order for the app to fulfill its function as a default phone app (dialer) and spam protection, it requires access to the following system functions:

Call Log (READ_CALL_LOG, WRITE_CALL_LOG): Required to display your call history in the app, manage missed calls, and identify spam calls.
Contacts (READ_CONTACTS): Required to display known callers by name and to ensure that your contacts are never blocked.
Phone State & Call Handling (READ_PHONE_STATE, CALL_PHONE, ANSWER_PHONE_CALLS): Necessary to make incoming and outgoing calls, detect calls in real-time, and filter them according to your rules.
Microphone (RECORD_AUDIO): Exclusively needed during an active phone call for voice transmission. No recordings take place.

In order to filter incoming calls, display the in-call screen and answer calls directly, the app must additionally be set as the default phone app on your device.

4. Data Storage Location

All settings (blocking rules, favorites, speed dial assignments) are stored securely in the app's private storage area on your device. If you uninstall the app, this data is automatically deleted unless you have previously created a backup manually.

5. Backups and Data Export

The app offers an optional backup function. These backups are stored in the public "Downloads" folder of your device. You have full control over these files.

Additionally, you can export your call log as a CSV file. This file is also generated and stored exclusively locally on your device; no transmission to us or third parties takes place.

5. Kopie zapasowe i eksport danych

Aplikacja udostępnia opcjonalną funkcję kopii zapasowej. Kopie te zapisywane są w publicznym folderze „Pobrane” na Twoim urządzeniu. Masz nad tymi plikami pełną kontrolę.

Dodatkowo możesz wyeksportować historię połączeń jako plik CSV. Również ten plik powstaje i jest przechowywany wyłącznie lokalnie na Twoim urządzeniu; nie jest wysyłany ani do nas, ani do osób trzecich.
